Local orders

All local orders will be processed within 3 days and delivered within a week once we have received payment.
Should there be any delay due to unforeseen circumstance or stock became unavailable at time of purchase, we will keep you updated.
Postage fee is chargeable according to weight. All orders above 150g will be mailed as registered articles. Please note that Leaping Yarns shall not be responsible for package lost in mail for orders mailed by non-registered post.

Overseas orders

You can choose either SingPost Air Parcel service (courier) or SingPost Airmail (with lower mailing rates).
International shipping and handling charges apply.
Delivery time is estimated 5 to 16 days (depending on destinations).
For stocks that are not on hand, delivery will require an additional 15 to 20 working days time frame.

Shipping fee will be calculated upon checking out of shopping cart.

Refund & Exchange Policy

A refund will be given in the event when we are not able to fulfill an order as follow:
Payment made by cheque/ bank transfer- 100% Refund, VISA/MAS - 95%
Our products are either individually handmade or uniquely packaged (i.e. non-replacement) as such all goods sold are non returnable and exchangeable.

Downloadable Patterns

All patterns sold are in PDF format and are ready to download when the payment process has passed through. Free patterns require similar steps to download i.e. Add to cart and Check out processes.
